Nowadays, we often link sport and business because we believe that performing in a company can be done by transposing methods coming from the world of sport. My experience of winning and losing, of sitting at the start at the Olympic Games, of being in the middle of 20-feet-waves on the ocean, of driving change in a company as a manager, makes me believe that beyond the goal itself, it is the journey that makes the difference.
